He was in the maintenance department at Mannor Corporation. Survivors include his wife, Vera Carver Howell of Dothan; three sons, Michael Paffumi of Greenacres, Wash., Donald McCallister of Bon Secour and William A. Hough of Dothan; two daughters, Diane Nelson of Bon Secour and Sarah Baughman of Dothan; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Services were held Jan. 7 at the New Life Baptist Church with the Revs. Otis Thames and Earl Stabler officiating. Burial was in New Life Cemetery. Arrangements were made by Norris Funeral Home in Bay Minette.
